Team Member Program

We are incredibly proud of our hotels and resorts and we would love to welcome you and your family to experience all of them. We are pleased to offer the Team Member Rate Program as a benefit and hope you will have the opportunity to enjoy this associate benefit.

• Rate – varies by property and is offered to you for personal use only. Upgraded room types are available at most properties at a discount of at least 40% off.
• Resort fee will be waived where applicable. Parking and other fees may apply.
• Team Member rates will be made available at least 90 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
• This rate is for leisure travel only and is not to be used for business or group related travel.
• Team Member travel is for: the associate, spouse or domestic partner, parents, siblings or children.
• At check-in, a Team Member Rate Authorization Form signed by People Services is required. If a signed form is not presented at check-in, the standard BAR (Best Available Rate) will be charged.
