*Offer valid for new group bookings only and is subject to availability. Cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. A qualifying group requires a minimum of 10 rooms per night. A 5% credit will be applied to the master account based on net room revenue and banquet/catering food, beverage, and room rental spend, excluding fees. Credit may not be applied toward attrition charges. The total credit amount may vary for CoralTree Residence Collection properties. A contract must be signed by July 31, 2025, and the group stay must be completed by August 31, 2026.
