Tracy Lindskoog brings a people-first approach to her role supporting CoralTree Hospitality’s Restaurants, Bars & Events portfolio, where she partners closely with leaders across properties to strengthen operational performance and team development. Working between the home office and on-property teams, Tracy identifies opportunities, collaborates on solutions, and helps implement action plans that remove barriers and drive success. She is equally passionate about mentoring team members, guiding both personal and professional growth to support long-term success across the organization.
A strong belief in genuine connection is what first drew Tracy to the hospitality industry. She is motivated by thoughtful service and the relationships it creates. Whether delivering exceptional guest experiences or supporting her colleagues, Tracy finds fulfillment in both giving and receiving hospitality, always looking for ways to go above and beyond in meaningful ways.
Tracy’s personal interests closely align with her professional path. She enjoys exploring food and beverage in all forms and seeks out new experiences to continue learning and growing. Her appreciation for design and atmosphere also extends beyond work, where her interest in creating beautiful spaces is reflected in her love of DIY projects and home design.
Early in her career, Tracy experienced a defining moment when a guest took the time to tell her, “you’re really nice.” That interaction reinforced the lasting impact of kindness in hospitality and showed her the value of genuine connection.
Among her professional accomplishments, Tracy is especially proud of her time as General Manager of The Publican in Chicago. The role challenged her and helped shape her as a restaurant operator, offering valuable lessons through collaboration with owners, team members, and guests.
One of Tracy’s favorite travel memories comes from her childhood, when her family spent eight months living in Europe during her parents’ sabbatical. During that time, they traveled across multiple countries, visiting museums, castles, and historic landmarks along the way. Although she was young, the experience left a lasting impression and shaped her appreciation for travel, learning, and shared experiences.
For Tracy, the belief that travel is good for the soul is both personal and professional. She sees travel as an opportunity to step outside of routine, experience new perspectives, and appreciate moments that cannot be recreated. These experiences bring a sense of connection and gratitude that she carries into her work each day.
Tracy’s favorite CoralTree value, Serve from the Heart, reflects her belief that hospitality should come from a place of authenticity and care. It continues to guide how she leads, supports, and connects with others.
