Kelly McCourt is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the CoralTree Hospitality Residence Collection, where she provides strategic marketing leadership across a diverse portfolio of vacation rentals and residential resorts spanning Hawaii, Colorado, Isle of Palms, and the Florida Keys. In this role, Kelly partners closely with on-property teams to strengthen brand positioning, align initiatives, and elevate each destination’s presence through integrated marketing, digital innovation, and revenue-driven strategies.
With more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Kelly has led multi-property portfolios, brand launches, and repositioning efforts across major markets including New York City, London, Denver, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Texas. Her career includes senior leadership roles with CoralTree Hospitality, Ritz-Carlton, Sage Hospitality, Thompson Hotels, Hilton, Marriott, and Morgans Hotel Group. Known for driving brand transformation and business growth, Kelly has overseen enterprise-wide website and marketing technology initiatives, built and led high-performing sales and marketing teams, and delivered award-winning campaigns recognized by HSMAI and industry organizations. She has received numerous honors including Marketing Leader of the Year at CoralTree Hospitality and Regional Marketing Leader of the Year for Ritz-Carlton.
Deeply inspired by travel, Kelly has visited more than 45 countries, an experience that continually shapes her perspective on authentic hospitality and guest connection. She believes travel fosters presence, cultural understanding, and meaningful memories—insights she brings into how properties are positioned and marketed.
