Kaitlin Broumpton

Kaitlin Broumpton serves as Director of Quality & Guest Experience at CoralTree Hospitality, where she is responsible for elevating service standards, culture, and guest experiences across the portfolio. Based at the CoralTree Home Office, Kaitlin brings a people‑first mindset and a deep operational background to her role, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects CoralTree’s commitment to thoughtful, memorable hospitality.

With more than a decade of experience in luxury resorts and experiential hospitality, Kaitlin has held senior leadership roles across both Rooms and Food & Beverage operations. Most recently, she served as Director of Food & Beverage for Auberge Resorts Collection at The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern in California, following her role as Director of Rooms supporting openings at The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern and The Lodge at Blue Sky in Utah. Her career also includes leadership positions with Blixt & Company, Yellowstone Club, and Gallatin River Lodge, where she focused on bespoke guest experiences, culture building, and operational excellence.

Kaitlin’s passion for hospitality began early, starting in restaurants at the age of 14. That early exposure shaped her love for caring for others and creating meaningful experiences, a philosophy that continues to guide her career today. Known as a natural caretaker and planner, she thrives on designing moments that spark connection, joy, and lasting memories for guests and teams alike.

One of Kaitlin’s proudest career achievements includes successfully transitioning from Director of Rooms to Director of Food & Beverage in a previous role, where she led the turnaround of eight outlets through a focus on culture, training, and service excellence. Her leadership resulted in improved engagement, stronger retention, and elevated guest satisfaction.

Travel plays a central role in both Kaitlin’s personal and professional life. She believes deeply in CoralTree’s ethos that travel is good for the soul, drawing inspiration from experiences ranging from quiet weekends in the Colorado mountains to immersive international journeys. Her favorite travel experience to date includes time spent in Cambodia, where unplugging from technology and immersing herself fully in place reinforced the power of authentic connection and presence, values she brings into her work every day.

Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder and is especially aligned with CoralTree’s Empowering Experience pillar. She is passionate about creating environments where teams feel supported, guests feel genuinely cared for, and exceptional experiences unfold naturally.
