We are pleased to offer the annual Free Night Program as a benefit to all CoralTree employees (full-time and part-time only).
- Rate
- Team member will receive a minimum 25% discount off of the daily rate, and may utilize one of their complimentary room nights (value per room night is $150). The complimentary room nights are billed back to the team member's home property.
- Example: $500 Daily Rate x 25% discount = $375 per night - $150 discount per night (using one comp room night, up to five nights) = $225 per night paid by team member.
- Subject to availability.
- Resort fee will be waived where applicable.
- Parking and other fees may apply.
- Team Member rates will be made available at least 90 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
- This rate is for leisure travel only and is not to be used for business or group related travel.
- Team Member travel is for the associate only.
- At check-in, a Team Member Rate Authorization Form signed by People Services is required. If a signed form is not presented at check-in, the standard BAR (Best Available Rate) will be charged.
Please Note: There is a maximum number of two rooms per team member, per stay is permitted for this program. For any questions, please speak to your People Services Director on your property.
