Julie Tenge, Global Sales Director, Western Region

Julie Tenge, CMP, is a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry. She is responsible for generating group business from global markets along with the development of strategic accounts and emerging markets for CoralTree Hospitality in the Western United States. Prior to joining CoralTree, Julie was a Senior Sales Manager and top producer with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where she earned several sales awards. Her accolades continued while with Destination Hotels for more than a decade. She has extensive experience working in the Western United States having represented several resorts in Northern California and Arizona. Julie attended Arizona State University where she focused on Justice Studies.

Allison Sayer, Global Sales Director, Eastern Region

Allison brings extensive sales leadership on the East Coast to the CoralTree team. She currently leads the Global Sales Office for the East Coast where she has a special focus on association accounts as well as corporate, international and luxury sales opportunities. She started her hospitality career at Lansdowne Resort in Pennsylvania in the early 2000s. She quickly grew to represent several pre-opening hotels in the Washington, D.C. ranging from Hilton branded properties to Hyatt hotels. She garnered extensive experience working for Crescent Hotels focused on business travel sales where she’s managed several global business travel and FIT accounts throughout her career. She joined the Two Roads/Destination Hotels team in 2016 as Area Director of Travel Industry Sales for five lifestyle hotels in the Washington, D.C. area. She has a degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.

Lisa Josoff, Global Sales Director, Eastern Region

Lisa is responsible for managing group, corporate, consortia, tour and leisure sales for the eastern region of the United States as a global sales director. She has more than 20 years of hospitality experience with a strong sales and marketing background, deep familiarization with group meetings and a passion for generating new opportunities for CoralTree. Previously she served as the director of business development overseeing business travel sales for Hilton Worldwide, and as a global account manager for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. In her position at Starwood, Josoff was recognized as the No. 1 best seller in North America and the No. 1 seller worldwide for Group Revenue and New Business Development. Her other experience includes several account director and business development roles. Throughout her career, Josoff has continued to excel by focusing on business development, global account management and revenue generation while maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
Candace Banning

Candace Banning

Candace has over 25 years in hospitality sales & marketing. Her focus is on developing business analytic reporting tools, database management and system training for our group sales and catering teams to drive revenue and increase ROI. She provides our teams with tools and resources to be the business solution for our customer. She drives our property to property lead exchange program and works closely with the Global Sales team on their lead management, event planning and execution. When not at work one of her passions is empowering our next generation of women leaders. She is a certified coach and the Camp Director for Wings to Fly Camp; powered by Girls Rule Foundation. In this role, she leads the coaching team and directs camp activities.
